Enjoyed reading the blog tonight. Liked the pic of the random drive-by after Monaco. Hopefully will be back to challenge next year and will be looking out for the X on the roads soon. A lesson for next year for us? Clean the car daily rather than have a black bug covered bonnet that will need power-hosing this w/e. Paul & Francoise.

More than half of the population are HIV positive and in one typical little hospice that I visited ten nurses look after 1000 patients nine out of ten being AIDS patients all dying at home where they are cared for on home visits because they cannot afford to run inpatient facilities.Hospice is right in the front line of medicine in Africa.
